- Timely monitor Logistics & MIS team working and reports.
- Maintain sale orders & pending sale order tracker.
- Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles as per dispatch plan.
- Coordinate with packing & loading team for vehicle loading.
- Ensure timely payment to transporters as per agreement.
- Maintain all vehicle details in running sheet.
- Payment coordinate with customers & brokers, maintain payment & CD records.
- Broker bills & transporters claim settlement.
- Arrange vehicle & Coordinate for domestic export loading & unloading.
Experience : 5+ Years

Job Description
- Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
- Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports.
- Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
- Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
- Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
- Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports.
- Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.
- Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes.
- Manage budgets for departments, projects and grants.
- Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts.
- Create and monitor an effective internal audit system.
- Ensure timely completion of audit.
- Manage payroll and contractor payment & other related issues.
- Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals.
- Documentations of Export & Import.
- Inventory Management & Controlling of Raw Material on daily basis.
- Approving the Raw Material & Store Bills for payment processing.
- General Ledger scrutiny on monthly basis.
- Co-ordination with HO for Accounting, Finance & Related Works.
- Discuss with management on strategies for minimizing tax liability.
- Assist Sales team for proper documentation.
- Assist Store team & other department for material purchase.
Experience : 10+ Years
